Review : "The Incredibles" is my favorite movie of all time. It's also the first place I heard the name Michael Giacchino (now one of my absolute favorite composers), and my first introduction to the magic of film scores in general. Considering all of that, it's embarrassing how long it took me to get around to actually buying this album. And it's a purchase I don't regret in the slightest. The best film scores not only support the film but also hold their own; this soundtrack is a marvelous success on both fronts. It has a fabulous jazzy feel and plenty of big-band flair, packed with excitement, suspense, and sometimes just pure joy (see Track 6, "Life's Incredible Again"). It's perfect for whenever I need a pick-me-up or a touch of action in my life. In a (very cheesy) word, incredible.

Types of Robots
Humanoids: Humanoid in robot context is a robot built to resemble human being. Through the years, they are many such robots build by different companies and research centers, and the popular ones Asimo, Android, Actroid, QRIO, Nao etc. (I wouldn’t go deep into the features of any of these robots as the information is easily available everywhere on the net).
Robot Pets: Aibo is one of those fascinating robot pets designed by Sony. For those who need a robot resembling your pet dog, get inspired by Aibo
Utility Robot: Roomba is an intelligent and autonomous vacuum cleaner made by iRobot. Their sleek yet intelligent design makes them a super interesting model in the hobbyist community.
The above list is just a tip of ice berg. As mentioned before, robots are everywhere; some very well identified and others stay muted within other systems, almost unrecognized.
The above list is just a tip of ice berg. As mentioned before, robots are everywhere; some very well identified and others stay muted within other systems, almost unrecognized.
Where do I find Robots?
We can find Robots everywhere around us, but it just matters what we consider as robots. Cars that sense an emergency and apply brakes, motion detector that senses movement and raises an alarm, solar street light which senses direction of sun and turns towards it, are all robots in our real world although some of you may not consider these as robots. Few may not even consider remote controlled robots as robots because they are controlled by humans and the robot does not make any intelligent decisions.
To please a larger crowd, we will consider any machine that fulfills our robot definition as a robot. Kids find toy robots as robots because they are fun to play with. Having been able to listen to commands and work towards their commands. Adults find remote controller not at all fussy as it brings them lots of convenience. Even restaurants uses robots to serve food to customers because they bring freshness in ideas to people and its always not boring to lift up a cap of a robot who speaks back to you that goes put me down in original state without complaining back to you if you want it to be as quite as a thin mouse.
Some people uses robots to set up traps. Traps like the break in thief catcher and the eating cheese mice catcher! So robots are genius products that one always wishes to have if they are not at all expensive, right?
What Are Robots?
Robots can be an embedded system machine that is programmable or non- programmable in some cases. Its word is derived from Czech word “robota” which means work, or forced work. It is a combination of electronics, mechanics or also and programming. It senses it's surroundings through its sensors, processes the information and does something in response. It can be locomotion or manipulation, like turning on a LED, rotating a wheel, moving an arm, raising an alarm and so on.
The branch of computer science and engineering which deals with robot design, construction, application and operation is called Robotics with applications in computer science, physics, engineering, defense and even many household devices.
If the above robot definition is too difficult to digest, let us bring the definition down to its very basic level. “Any machine which is recognized by a normal human being as a robot can be considered a robot”.
